What’s the difference between Per-Letter and Subscription?

Per-Letter is pay-as-you-go — place an order when you’re ready, pay $1.52 per letter, done. Subscription locks you into a monthly cadence at $1.47 per letter (5¢ cheaper) plus priority production, saved data across months, and performance reports. Most operators who mail every month save money on Subscription within the first few orders.

Can I cancel my Subscription anytime?

Yes. There’s no contract or early-termination fee. Cancel and you’ll finish any campaigns already in production, then your billing stops. You can also pause for a month if you need a break and don’t want to fully cancel.

Are the letters actually handwritten?

No, and we don’t claim they are. They’re printed in a highly realistic handwriting-style font on yellow paper. The combination of yellow paper, realistic font, personalization, and real first-class postage is what makes them get opened — not hand-cramping volunteer scribes.

Do you provide the mailing list?

Yellow Letter is the mailing service. You bring the list (CSV upload or integration with your data provider). We recommend skip-traced motivated-seller lists, absentee owner lists, pre-foreclosure, or probate lists depending on your strategy.

How fast can I get my first campaign out?

Most campaigns ship within 72 hours of your approval. If you submit your list and script today, you can have letters in mailboxes by the end of the week.

What if I want to write my own script?

Bring your own. Pick the "Custom Letter" template at checkout and type your copy directly. We have proven templates that have worked across 40 years of real estate campaigns, but plenty of operators use their own copy.

Is there a minimum order?

No hard minimum on Per-Letter. We’ve produced campaigns as small as 100 letters for first-time customers testing the format. Most active operators run 500–5,000 per campaign.

When does Custom pricing kick in?

At 10,000+ letters per month, you typically qualify for volume pricing below $1.47. Teams, brokerages, and clients needing custom configuration (white-label, API, custom paper) should request a Custom quote regardless of volume.
